Visit to Greenfield

It had been a full year and a half since I had gone to visit my hometown, Greenfield. My parents (mother especially) kept me quite busy with visits to friends and family. It was so great to see everybody and how quickly the kids are changing. My Aunt Martha hosted her usual Sunday lunch with all of the family. It was very delicious and I enjoyed so very much getting to spend more time with them. It made me laugh a little when Jeff and Carla's son, Cole, looked and me and said "Who are you? What are you doing here?" LOL!! He did not recognize me as it has been so long. Here's a photo of my parents. We were eating breakfast at IHOP, of course. And of course she was on the phone!
Hopefully we'll get to go back to TN at Christmas and I can see everyone again!

How fun! I need to visit my family, too. A bunch of them are in KY but it's been over a year since we've been able ti visit. :(

That's a long time to not have been home. It's been a year and a half since we've been to my hubby's hometown too. It will be a lot longer, unfortunately. Very expensive to fly a family of 5!
